Buckle

During my time at Buckle I implemented social media strategies, both paid and organic, that inspired and engaged a community of over 1 million followers. Buckle is a national fashion retailer of women’s, men’s, and kid’s styles with 450 stores across the nation and with a strong e-commerce presence. Here are a few highlights from my time there:

ACCOUNT GROWTH

CONTENT STRATEGY & COORDINATION

I managed nearly 350 pieces of content each month delivered across 5 channels.

I established a social strategy with content pillars to provide a foundation for our social channels.

Each channel had its own strategy unique to its own following and this informed what kind of content at what cadence.

Each month I coordinated nearly 350 pieces of content varying from Reels, Instagram Stories, editorial photography, designed Pinterest posts, Facebook posts, and product-focused photos.

PINTEREST MANAGEMENT

During my time at Buckle, I took the Pinterest account and made vast improvement built upon their foundation to achieve the following success:

  • Increased following by 64%
  • Increased revenue demand by 112% in 2022 v 2021
  • Amassed 10 million + monthly viewers in 2022
  • Engaged an active audience 1.4 million
  • Gained 133 million impressions in 2022

COMMUNITY BUILDING

I helped oversee our shift in engagement strategy and partnered with our guest services department.

Buckle led and shaped conversations with guests through reactive comments through an initiative we called “Brand Love.”

Before this initiative 75% comments were focused on product, a year later 50% of comments were spontaneous positive comments from guests while only 25% were customer service and product related.


JGM

JGM is a consulting firm based in Los Angeles, CA that specializes in construction management, program management, and architecture for capital improvement projects including in the aviation, rail, and education industries.

LINKEDIN

Business Development/Marketing

  • Increased LinkedIn Views by 50% over the first year in managing

Company Rebrand

Worked with a third party designer for a new brand identity then created and executed strategy to roll out the new look. This was a full campaign including blog posts, LinkedIn posts, and email.


Laramie Chamber Business Alliance (LCBA)

An economic development and chamber of commerce entity, it was a non-profit that involved both B2B and C2B marketing, hospitality, tourism, business coaching, and development consulting all under one roof.
